The packaging looked solid to me. I didn’t really check every little bit of it, but nothing was damaged, so I guess that means it was packed well enough. All good overall

"Looks decent, but there’s a lot happening"
The site looks okay overall, and I could tell what they were selling without much trouble. The colors are nice enough and the product photos are clear, so at first I was like, yeah, this is fine.
Then suddenly it felt like everything was trying to get my attention at once. Some sections are a bit crowded, and I had to poke around more than I expected just to find a few details.
It’s not a bad website at all, but I think it would feel better if it was cleaned up and simplified a bit. It works, just not as smoothly as it could

"Surprisingly Quiet and Easy to Live With"
I bought this from pestrol.com.au mainly because I really didn’t want something making an annoying buzzing sound all night. i was surprised by how quiet it is. I can’t hear it at all unless I’m standing right near it, and even then it’s barely noticeable.
I’ve been using it in the kitchen and laundry, and it hasn’t been a bother to anyone in the house. Even the dog doesn’t seem to care. My final take is that I’m happy with it, it does what I needed without adding any irritating noise.

"My Pestrol Order Showed Up Quicker Than Expected"
I ordered from Pestrol not really knowing how long it would take, so I was pleasantly surprised when the package turned up sooner than I expected. I kept an eye on the tracking along the way, and it worked fine for the most part. I just would’ve liked a few more updates so I wasn’t left wondering at certain points. Overall though, the delivery was quicker than I planned for, so I was happy with the experience.

As someone who does most of my shopping on my phone, this website was a little frustrating. The pages loaded slower than I expected, and I had to dig around for a while just to find the delivery info. The products themselves seem fine, but the site made the whole ordering process feel more annoying than it needed to be.

"Still seeing mice after a few weeks"
I gave it some time because I figured it might take a bit to really work, but after a few weeks I’m still seeing mice around. Maybe it helped a little, hard to say, but it definitely didn’t solve the problem for me.

"i bought this thinking it wouldn’t cost..."
i bought this thinking it wouldn’t cost much to keep running, but after leaving it on all day like they recommend, i noticed my power usage went up. it might be doing its job okay, but the extra running cost is annoying. not really what i expected from a pest device.

"Solar charging is kind of disappointing"
I bought one of these solar pest repellers, and yeah, it works okay when it’s fully charged. No big complaints there. But the solar charging part is weak. A couple cloudy days and it either stops completely or barely seems to do anything.
I really thought it would keep up better just being outside in normal weather. I’ve been moving it around, trying to catch more sun. Kind of a hassle. Not awful overall, just not something I’d call reliable.

The product itself might be totally fine, but the instructions really weren’t great. A few steps felt like they were missing, so I had to stop and guess what to do next. Of course, this happened when I was already short on time, which made it even more frustrating. It ended up taking way longer than it should have

"Feels solid so far"
I got my Pestrol unit last month and yeah, first impression is good. It doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy, which I was a bit worried about before ordering. The buttons are maybe a little stiff, not a huge deal though, just something I noticed. Overall, I’m happy with it so far.

"I really like how small it is..."
I really like how small it is since it barely takes up any space. It’s super easy to carry from room to room when I need it, and it’s useful around my place
